Owners and husband and wife team, Bill and Nicole Miller have created something unique on the Long Island eatery scene. This is a restaurant and cocktail bar with a significant difference: it donates its net profits to charity, to help those in need. It’s a lovely set up inside, with lots of natural light, bare-brick, and wood to create a warm rustic vibe. The food is a great home-cooked American fare, and the cocktails are simply magnificent. A must visit.
