Their whiskey is made using an old Portuguese tradition of single small batch distillation, combined with legendary Long Island New York corn. They offer a variety of flavored moonshines, including Apple Pie, Hot Apple Pie, Maple Pecan, Strawberry, Raspberry, Mixed Berry, Blueberry, Honey, Coffee, and Chocolate.
