Fatt Root is a new Asian-inspired street food restaurant in the heart of Pleasantville, New York. The restaurant has a relaxed and casual atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The grilled octopus is a must-try dish cooked to perfection and served with a delicious dipping sauce. The edamame is also very good - it's lightly salted and has a great texture. The dumplings are filled with either chicken or pork and cooked until they're nice and crispy. The ramen is a bit salty for my taste, but it's still a hearty and filling meal. And the poke bowl is packed with fresh fish, rice, and vegetables.
